All questionsHow often does a landlord gas safety check need doing?
Every 12 months. The record must be given to existing tenants within 28 days of the check and to new tenants before they move in.
Can you do several services in one visit?
Yes. Because all our services are delivered in-house, we can often combine a fire risk assessment, EICR, gas safety check and EPC into a single visit, saving you time and cost.
Not sure what your property needs? Start there.
Tell us the address and the number of gas appliances and we’ll book the check.
